The Salt Lake Chamber's annual Washington D.C. Trip is an extraordinary high level networking and educational opportunity bringing Utah's business leaders together with members of our federal delegation and other policy and business groups headquartered in the nation's capital.
This three night and three day event includes an information rich itinerary with informative tracks designed to fit a variety of interests. This year we are offering more choices to make the trip event better.
Day Trip To Gettysburg ($500 for extra night hotel in Gettysburg, food, park entrance and transportation.)
This option gives you more time to experience the capital on your own before we get down to business.
Bring a Guest ($800)
Bring your spouse or a guest along with you. This package includes the evening activities, meals and group transportation. (Ask about our additional spouse/guest activities.)

a. BOOK YOUR OWN TRAVEL to arrive in Washington D.C. by Sunday, September 16, 2012 (there is a Delta 9:40 a.m. SLC - 3:58 p.m. to Reagan National (DCA)
- Recommended booking before July 1
- Optional: Use your frequent flyer miles
- Approximate flight cost ranges from $400 - $1000 depending on booking
- Anyone who arrives early on Sunday evening is welcome to join us for dinner
b. Your return flight should be booked for 3:00 p.m. or later on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 (Delta 4:40 p.m.- Reagan National (DCA) - 7:23 p.m. - SLC)
