Darin Mellott joined CBRE after graduating from Brigham Young University in 2008 and is primarily responsible for researching and analyzing commercial office property market data. He frequently consults with management, professionals and clients, providing them with research and analysis pertaining to commercial real estate trends. Mellott also plays an integral role in formulating macro-level analysis for CBRE market reports. Additionally, he is one of nine analysts in North America chosen to found CBRE’s National Research and Analysis Committee, which provides thought leadership and research standards for the firm’s Americas division. Mellott was invited to consult the State of Utah’s Revenue Assumptions Committee in 2011. He is actively involved in the community independently, as well as through corporate initiatives.
