Amy Rees Anderson,CEO of MediConnect Global
Amy Rees Anderson serves as the CEO of MediConnect Global, the industry leader in innovative medical record retrieval, digitization and management for organizations and individuals. She is responsible for all aspects of MediConnect’s business including the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Anderson's leadership, MediConnect achieved more than 1,000 percent revenue growth from 2004-2009, and currently counts four of the five leading health insurers in the United States among its many clients.
Amanda Dickson,Co-Host at KSL News Radio 102.7 FM/1160 AM
Amanda Dickson co-hosts Utah's top-rated morning show, "Utah's Morning News with Grant and Amanda," on KSL News Radio. She and her co-host, Grant Nielsen, have been together for 15 years. Amanda also hosts the award winning program "A Woman's View," heard Sunday mornings on KSL.
Dickson earned her B.A. in English and her Juris Doctorate at the University of Utah. She has also taught Mass Communication Law at the U, becoming a favorite professor among the students. Dickson is married and the step-mother of three children, Cameron 16, Ashley 19 and Laurel 20. She is also the indulgent mother of two children, Ethan age 4 and Aiden age 2. Her boundless energy, infectious laugh and passion for life have made her one of Utah's most recognized and beloved personalities.
Nicole Mouskondis,Senior Vice President of Nicholas & Co.
Nicole Mouskondis began her career at Nicholas & Company 16 years ago as the Human Resources Assistant and worked up through the department to become vice president of human resources, a position she held since 2003.
Mouskondis graduated from University of Utah with a B.S. in Behavioral Science and Health. Before Nicholas & Company, she was the Marketing & Program Director for Rocky Mountain Gymnastics and worked with Coca-Cola USA to bring several international competitions to Salt Lake City.

Diane Mansfield,Vice President of Human Resources for Questar Corp.
After completing her undergraduate studies at Millersville University in Pennsylvania and her graduate degree in Human Resource Economics at the University of Utah, Diane Mansfield began her career at Questar as a summer intern. At the time of her retirement, she was a member of Questar's Management Committee and had responsibility for all the company's human resources programs. Mansfield recently retired as Vice President of Human Resources for Questar Corporation.
Because Diane believes that service to others is the greatest job we have, she has been an active member of Questar's volunteer team, organized the Questar Women's Network group, served on the Governor's Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities and was a member of the Salt Lake Chamber's UBET Committee.
Senator Luz Robles,Utah State Senate & Diverse Market Business Development Manager, Zions Bank
Senator Luz Robles serves as director for Zions Bank Business Resource Center assisting new and existing businesses and currently works as Vice President for Zions Bank managing the Hispanic/Latino Market. She is committed to finding equity and justice for all people and has served in many capacities in different boards of non-profit organizations and other agencies.
Robles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah.
In 2005 she was appointed by Governor Jon Huntsman as the first Director for the State Office of Ethnic Affairs—an office that focuses on institutional change when dealing with state agencies and the services they provide to the ethnic community of the state of Utah. In this position she oversaw the Directors of the Asian, Black, Hispanic/Latino and Pacific Islander Affairs.
The Pathfinder Awards
The Pathfinder Awards are presented annually during the American Express Women & Business Conference during the Athena Award Luncheon to a select number of worthy community leaders who have a history of support for women and women’s issues and who have worked to further the development and recognition of women. This award has been a traditional part of the conference for many years.
